I already integrated PagerDuty and ServiceNow for incident response. Everything is working fine for my other existing PagerDuty Services and escalation policies.
The problem I am having is with the new PagerDuty Service and Escalation Policy that I created. For incidents, I am able to send ServiceNow work notes to PagerDuty. However, PagerDuty is not able to send work notes to ServiceNow. This is only an issue for the new PagerDuty Service and Escalation Policy that I created. It is not an issue for other PagerDuty Services and Escalation Policies, only for my new service and escalation policy.
Please provide help.
